  Every time I've been to Toto's, I've had a solid experience.  The food has been good; however, the staff can seem a little on edge at times.  The last time I went in, I waited to be seated and was greeted with a "just sit where you want" snappy attitude.  However, once seated things did get better as one of the cooks behind the line came out to take our order and get everything started.  
  
  The food is very good, crafted with love.  However, the portions were a little inconsistent.  The scoops of rice I had was sizably smaller than what my wife had.  However, it had great flavor so she didn't mind sharing.  Prices are very good for a small restaurant as with a carnitas burrito and a two taco combo plate we spent less than $25.
  
  As I stated above, much like other restaurants in town seating is on the smaller side, so it could be a little crowded.  However, it is worth the visit.

  Ok food not liquor Lic ... in process of change over staff is great ... was ready to pay and if your using a credit or debit card theirs a 4% Charge never heard of this ... not cool

  Great food but....NO BEER!!!  Used to be my go to place to relax and have a drink...not anymore.

  Went there towards their closong time, didn't matter to the staff. A few large parties and some single individuals. Acceptable noise level, no foul odors, clean facilities. Friendly greeting, prompt service. All aspects of meal were perfect, except 1 small. We we're the last party at this point when the server saw me removing some onions from enchiladas which I'd asked for without. She asked if I'd like the enchilada replaced, to which I affirmed. 2 fresh enchiladas to make everything right, right before closing. This small town Mexican-food diner has class in service as well as astounding flavor. Prices are comprable to any other good meal you'd enjoy, definitely recommended.

  It's ok, I had higher hopes honestly, but as a Hispanic I was disappointed. The flavors are very American, in fact the tacos were super American style and I didn't really like them. We've given this place other chances with other dishes and it just falls short. Sorry, guys.
